- Eligible condition
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Contact Illumin3D before shipping an item back.
- Custom products
- Custom logo light boxes, personalized designs, approved artwork builds, and other made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.
- Return shipping cost
- For eligible buyer-requested returns, the customer pays return shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the issue was caused by an Illumin3D error or shipment damage.
- Damaged or incorrect order
- Email Illumin3D within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
- Refund timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

How much does a custom light box cost?
The Custom Logo Light Box starts at $45.00 for small builds and $65.00 for large builds. Final pricing can depend on size, detail, artwork, and confirmed build requirements.
Is LumaGlow ready to order?
Yes. LumaGlow Aura is listed at $80.00 and LumaGlow Edge is listed at $85.00. Both are available to order.
Custom builds
Can you make a light box from my logo?
Yes. Send the clearest logo or reference file you have, plus colors, size notes, and any display goals. Vector artwork is best when available, but image references can also help start the design conversation.
What files should I send?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, WEBP, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD references are accepted by the current product flow.
How long does a custom build take?
Most custom Illumin3D builds take 1-2 weeks to produce before shipping. Complex custom requests may need extra confirmation before production starts.

Yes. Illumin3D ships within the United States. Delivery estimates are based on the USPS or UPS service selected at checkout.

What can LumaGlow show?
LumaGlow Aura focuses on countdowns, count-ups, weather, clock, simple clock, and calendar modes. LumaGlow Edge includes those base modes plus sports, stocks, and crypto.
What is the difference between Aura and Edge?
Aura is the softer decor-focused LumaGlow option. Edge is the fuller data-focused option for live sports, market information, weather, clocks, calendars, and milestones.
Do I need an app?
No separate app is required. LumaGlow is controlled from a phone over WiFi through the product setup and control flow.
